SHIPPING

In stock orders will ship within two business days of order placement, from Los Angeles, CA. 

Domestic shipping is $10 flat rate.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. A shipping rate based on your location will be calculated for you at checkout. Note that all customs duties, taxes, or fees are not included in your custom shipping rate and are the responsibility of the customer. We are also not responsible for any customs delays.

Rachael Harrah is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please double check your delivery address for accuracy.

RETURNS (for all orders placed October 15, 2018 or later)

Not what you were hoping for? We gladly accept returns of unworn and undamaged items for store credit.

If you would like to return your item for store credit, please email studio@rachaelharrah.com within 7 days of order delivery. We will provide you with a Return Authorization code and instructions for mailing back your item. Customer is responsible for return shipping. 

If your order was delivered more than seven days ago it is no longer eligible for return. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization code. Rachael Harrah reserves the right to refuse any return that does not fit the above requirements.

Shipping costs are not credited unless the item is determined to be defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us right away and we will immediately replace it free of charge.

EXCHANGES

We are not currently able to process online exchanges. If you would like a new size or color, please return your original item using our Returns process outlined above, then place a new order. Feel free to contact us at studio@rachaelharrah.com with any questions.
