Through my podcast RE-SELFING, as well as live talks and workshops, I share ideas to help women return to what's true and rebuild after deep change - to move from simply existing to fully living.

Before that, I spent my career as a Brand Strategist and Creative Director for elevated fashion and lifestyle brands for the modern mother. I also founded my sustainable clothing line, Rachael Harrah, making foundational pieces for simplified living in my hometown of Los Angeles.

Today, I’m deeply grateful to live out my life’s mission: offering love, hope and support to help others rediscover themselves after major life changes, and find peace and meaning in who they are and the life they're living.

When I’m not working you can find me jumping on the trampoline with my two kids, baking chocolate babka or working on my forthcoming book.

For two decades my work has centered on exploring
how to better know, love and express ourselves.
